Ingredients
Don yin dal phulki
Soaked Moong dal /भीगी हुई मूंग दाल -1cup
Ginger tafarnuwa /अदरक - लहसुन-1/2inch ginger & 4-5 cloves tafarnuwa
green chillies/हरी मिर्च -4-5
Ruwa/ पानी -1/4cup
Gishiri/ नमक-kamar yadda ake bukata
Soda /सोडा-1/4tsp
turmeric /हल्दी -1/4tsp
Don yin ruwan phulki
Mint & coriander ganye/पुदीना और धनिया पत्ती-handful
3-4cloves tafarnuwa & 1/2inch ginger
green chillies/ हरी मिर्च 5
Raw mango/ कच्ची केरी -2 guda
Lemon juice/ नींबू का रस -1tbsp
Ruwa/ ठंडा पानी -kamar yadda ake bukata
Bakar gishiri/kalma नp
1ts मसाला-1tsp
gasashen cumin powder/ भुना जीरा पाउडर -1tsp
Red chilli flakes/ कूटी हुई लाल मिर्च -1tsp
Asafoetida/ ूंदी - 1/4 kofin
Albasa & red chilli powder/ लच्छा प्याज और लाल मिर्च पाउडर

▪️Na farko a cikin blender daka soka mong dal tare da ginger tafarnuwa & kore chilies sai ki juye wannan man a kwano ki zuba soda gishiri da garin turmeric ki hada su sosai.
● sai a matse ruwan da ya wuce gona da iri sannan a zuba a cikin ruwan mangwaro da aka shirya da danyen mangoro.
▪️A samu danyen ruwan mangwaro a cikin blender sai a samu koren chili, ginger, tafarnuwa, lemon tsami, danyen mangwaro, Ganyen coriander da ganyen mint sai a yi laushi sannan a dade. wannan a cikin kwano sai a zuba Bakar gishiri, jaat masala , gasasshen cumin powder, boondi , flakes chilli, asafoetida & water.
