Shirya Lagan Qeema:

-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 15-16
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
- Khopra (Desiccated Coconut) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Podina (Ganyen Mint) 12-15
- Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace 2 tbs
-Ruwa 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli foda) 2 tsp ko dandana
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Garin cardamom) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Albasa) Soyayyen Kofin 1
-Dahi (Yogurt) Gasar Cin Kofin 1
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Clarified Butter) ½ Kofin
-Koyla (Gawayi) don hayaƙi

Shirya Paratha:
-Paratha kullu ball 150g kowanne
-Ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) 1 tbs
-Ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) yankakken
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) yanka 1-2
-Pyaz (Albasa) zoben

-A cikin tukunya, a zuba naman naman sa, gishiri ruwan hoda, gwanda mai danyar sai a kwaba,tafarnuwa da ginger sai a hada su da kyau,a rufe da kuma marinate na tsawon awa 1.
