- Yogurt/ Hung Curd 3-4 Tbsp
- Man gyada 1.5 Tbsp
- Gishiri don dandana
- Seasoning (busassun ganye, garin tafarnuwa, garin chilli, garin coriander, garin barkono baƙar fata, gasasshen cumin, oregano, garin Amchur)
- Garin gauraye kayan lambu Kofuna 1.5-2
- Kofin Chana Boiled 1
- Gasasshen Boondi 1 Tbsp
- Tamarind/ imli ki Chutney 2 tsp (na zaɓi)
A niƙa gwoza don yin manna.
A cikin kwano sai a haɗa tushen gyada, yogurt, man gyada, gishiri da kayan yaji don yin miya mai tsami.
Zaku iya adana suturar a cikin firiji har zuwa kwanaki 3.
A cikin wani kwano, sai a hada kayan lambu, dafaffen chana, gishiri kadan, boondi & imli chutney a hade sosai.
Don yin hidima, ƙara miya 2-3 Tbsp a tsakiya a ɗan shimfiɗa shi da cokali.
Sanya kayan lambu, chana a gauraya sama.
Ku ji daɗin abincin rana ko a gefe.
