Abubuwa

Ga kajin Bahar Rum:

  • Ganyen basil mai ɗanɗano - ɗintsi
  • Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) cloves - 3-4
  • Paprika foda - ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (Baƙar fata barkono) dakakken - ½ tsp
  • Gishirin ruwan hoda na Himalayan - ½ tsp ko dandana
  • Manna tumatir - 1 tsp
  • Manna mustard - ½ tbs
  • Lemon tsami - 1 tsp.
  • Man zaitun - 2 tbs
  • Fillet ɗin kaza - 2 (375g)
  • Mai dafa abinci - 2-3 tbs

Na Shinkafa:

  • Man zaitun - 1-2 tsp
  • Pyaz (Albasa) yankakken - 1 karami
  • Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) yankakken - 1 tsp
  • Chawal ( Shinkafa) - Kofuna 2 ( dafaffe da gishiri )
  • Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasasshe & niƙasa - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch foda (Black barkono foda) - ½ tsp
  • Gishirin ruwan hoda na Himalayan - ¼ tsp ko dandana
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken - 1-2 tbs

Don Salatin Kayan lambu & Feta:

  • Kheera (Kokwamba) - 1 matsakaici
  • Pyaz (Albasa) - 1 matsakaici
  • Tumatir na Cherry - 1 Kofi
  • Kali mirch foda (Black barkono foda) - ½ tsp
  • Gishirin ruwan hoda na Himalayan - ½ tsp ko dandana
  • Lemon tsami - 1 tsp.
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken - 1 tbs
  • Feta cuku - 100g

Don Tzatziki Sauce:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) rataye - 200g
  • Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) - 2 cloves
  • Lemon tsami - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Bakar barkono) dakakken - a dandana
  • Gishirin ruwan hoda na Himalayan - ½ tsp ko dandana
  • Kheera (Cucumber) da aka daka kuma an matse - 1 matsakaici
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken - dintsi
  • Man zaitun - 1-2 tsp

Hanyoyi

Shirya kajin Bahar Rum:
