1 tsp coriander foda

Don Base Gravy
• A cikin kaskon ƙasa mai nauyi, ƙara ½ kofin ruwa.
• Add tumatir, albasa, tafarnuwa, ginger, degi mirch da dukan kayan yaji. Mix da kyau.
• Ƙara 1½ tsp man shanu, gishiri da haɗuwa sosai. Rufe dafa abinci na tsawon mintuna 15.
• Da zarar tumatur ya yi laushi, tare da blender na hannu, a haɗa miya har ya yi laushi.
• Cire miya ta hanyar abin da ake so.

Don Kaza Man Man shanu
• A cikin kwanon rufi, ƙara man shanu a bar shi ya narke. Ƙara jajayen barkono da garin coriander, dafa na minti daya.
• Zuba naman da aka shirya, haɗuwa da kyau kuma dafa don 2-3 mintuna.
• Ki zuba kirim mai tsami, zuma, kajin tandoori shredded, ki gauraya sosai sannan a dahu na tsawon mintuna 3-4.
• A zuba ruwan kewra, busasshen ganyen fenugreek sannan a dafa na tsawon mintuna 2.
