Kalay Chanay Ka Salan With Zeera Pulao

Shirya Kalay Channay ka Salan:
-Kalay chanay (Black chickpeas) Kofuna 2 (ana jika da daddare)
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
-Ruwa Kofuna 5
-Saunf (Fennel tsaba) 1 & ½ tsp
-Badiyan ka pool (Star anise) 2
-Darchini (sandan kirfa) 2
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) 1 tsp
- Tez patta (Bayan Bay) 2
-Mai dafa ¼ Kofin
-Pyaz (Albasa) yankakken yankakken matsakaici 3
-Tamatar (Tumato) yankakken yankakken 3-4 matsakaici
-Adrak lehsan manna (Ginger tafarnuwa manna) 1 tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
-Furuwar Zeera (Furwar Cumin) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch foda (Red chilli foda) 1 tsp ko dandana
-Dhania foda (Coriander foda) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) foda 1 tsp
-Garam masala foda 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken cokali 1
-Kasuri methi (Busasshen ganyen fenugreek) 1 tsp
Shirya Tadka:
-Mai dafa abinci guda 3
-Adrak (Ginger) yankakken 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Zeera (Cumin tsaba) ½ tsp
-Ajwain ( tsaban carom ) tsunkule 1
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) foda ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken
Shirya Zeera Pulao:
-Podina (Ganyen Mint) hannu
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) da hannu
-Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) cloves 4-5
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-8
- Man shanu (Clarified) ¼ Kofin
-Pyaz (Albasa) yankakken matsakaici 1
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) 1 tsp
-Ruwa 3 & ½ Kofuna
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ½ tsp ko dandana
- Lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace 1 & ½ tsp
-Chawal (Shinkafa) 500g (ana jika na awa 1)
Hanyar:
Shirya Kalay Channay ka Salan:
-Akan kayan kamshi na ball strainer,hada da fennel tsaba, star anise, kirfa sandunansu, black cardamom, cumin tsaba, bay ganye, rufe shi da kuma ajiye shi.
-A cikin tukunya, a zuba baƙar chickpeas, gishiri ruwan hoda, ruwa, a gauraya sosai a tafasa.
- Cire datti, ƙara kayan kamshi mai laushi, murfi & dafa a kan ɗan ƙaramin wuta har sai ya yi laushi (minti 35-40) sannan a cire kayan yaji na ball (kimanin kofuna 2 na ruwa ya rage).
- A cikin jug ɗin blender, ƙara dafaffen chickpeas (Kofin 1/2), kaji (Kofin 1/2), a haɗa da kyau a ajiye.
-Baƙarar kajin kajin & tanadi don amfani daga baya.
- A cikin tukunya, ƙara man dafa abinci, albasa da soya har sai da zinariya.
-A zuba tumatur, man tafarnuwa ginger, a gauraya sosai sannan a dafa na tsawon mintuna 1-2.
-Azuba ruwan hoda gishiri ,kumin fulawa ,dan jajjabi ,kashmiri jajayen fulawa ,garam masala ,a hade sosai a dafa 2-3 minutes.
-A ƙara blended kajin manna a gauraya sosai na minti ɗaya.
-Azuba dafaffen kajin baƙar fata da aka tanada,sai a riƙa gauraya sosai sannan a kawo shi.
- Add coriander sabo ne, busassun ganyen fenugreek, rufe kuma dafa a kan ƙaramin wuta na minti 4-5.
Shirya Tadka:
- A cikin ƙaramin kwanon frying, ƙara man dafa abinci, ginger & soya tsawon 30 seconds.
-A saka koren chilles,cumin tsaba,carom tsaba,Kashmiri jan chilli foda a gauraya sosai.
- Yanzu zuba tadka a cikin tukunya, yi ado da coriander sabo da kuma bauta!
Shirya Zeera Pulao:
-A cikin sara a zuba ganyen mint,sabon coriander,tafarnuwa,ginger,kore chilies,a yanka da kyau a ajiye a gefe.
- A cikin tukunya, ƙara man shanu mai haske a bar shi ya narke.
-A zuba albasa a soya har sai da zinariya.
-A kara black cardamom,cumin tsaba a gauraya sosai.
-A ƙara yankakken koren cakuda, gauraya sosai & dafa 1-2 mintuna.
-Azuba ruwa,gishiri ruwan hoda,ruwan lemun tsami,a hade sosai azuba.
-A zuba shinkafa, a gauraya sosai sannan a dafa a wuta mai zafi har sai ruwa ya ragu (minti 3-4), a rufe a dahu a kan wuta kadan na tsawon mintuna 8-10.
