  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) yankakken 1 tsp gishiri ruwan hoda na Himalayan ½ tsp ko dandana

    A cikin wok, ƙara man dafa abinci, albasa da soya har sai launin ruwan zinari a ajiye don amfani daga baya. Cire karin mai daga wok & bar ¼ Kofin man girki kawai. A cikin wok, ƙara tafarnuwa, ginger, curry ganye da Mix sosai. Ki zuba tumatir, green chilli,kashmiri red chilli foda,garin coriander,gishiri ruwan hoda,jajjal ja,a hade da kyau a dafa kan matsakaicin wuta na tsawon mintuna 2-3. Ƙara ruwa kuma gauraya sosai. Ƙara kaza mai gauraye da haɗuwa da kyau, rufe kuma dafa a kan ƙananan wuta na minti 14-15 (haɗa tsakanin). Ki zuba albasa soyayyen da aka tanada, ki gauraya sosai sannan a dafa kan matsakaiciyar wuta na tsawon mintuna 2-3. Sai ki zuba tamarind foda, garin Fennel, garin garam masala a hade sosai. Ƙara coriander sabo, murfin kuma dafa a kan ƙananan wuta na tsawon minti 4-5.

    Sharfa Leftover/Plain Naan zuwa Tafarnuwa Naan:

    A cikin kwano, ƙara man shanu, jajayen barkono, dakakken barkono, tafarnuwa, Fresh coriander da Mix sosai. A kan gasa mara sanda, ƙara ruwa, bar nanan, dafa minti ɗaya sannan juya. Ƙara da kuma yada man tafarnuwa da aka shirya a bangarorin biyu da kuma dafa a kan matsakaiciyar wuta har sai zinariya (minti 2-3). Ado da coriander sabo a yi amfani da man tafarnuwa naan!
