Juyin Palak da aka haɗa don Puru Kullu

Abubuwa:
-Palak (Alayyahu) yankakken 250g
-Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) cloves 5-6
-Adrak (Ginger) yanki 1 inch
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) hannu
-Kofin Ruwa ½
-Maida (All- Purpose flour) ta haƙa 2 & ½ Kofuna
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella tsaba) ½ tsp
- gishiri ruwan hoda Himalayan ½ tsp ko a ɗanɗana
- Lal mirch (Jan chili) an niƙasa 1 tsp
-Ajwain (tsawon carom) ½ tsp
-Mai dafa 1 tbs
-Mai dafa 1 tsp
-Manyan dafa abinci don soyawa
Hanyoyi:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dafa man dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka blended green mix shamil karein aur ghand ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko stretch ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Greased hand ki madad sa chota kullu (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur haath ki madad sa kullu ko pheela lein.
-Karahi mein girkin man garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (make 10-12).
