- 3 kofuna broccoli furanni 3 kofuna na farin kabeji florets
- 1 bunch radishes rabi ko kashi huɗu dangane da girman (kimanin kofi 1)
- 4 -5 karas an bawo a yanka a cikin gungu mai girman cizo (kimanin kofuna 2)
- 1 jan albasa 1 a yanka a cikin guntu mai chunky* (kimanin kofuna 2) p > 425 digiri F. Ɗauki šaukuwa fenti guda biyu na yin burodi da man zaitun ko feshin dafa abinci. Sanya broccoli, farin kabeji, radishes, karas da albasa a cikin babban kwano.
Kasa da man zaitun, gishiri, barkono, da tafarnuwa foda. A hankali ki juye komai tare.
Raba daidai gwargwado tsakanin faranti mai gauraya. Ba kwa son tara kayan lambun ko kuma za su yi tururi.
