Dal Makhani Recipe

- 160 gms/1 kofin Urad Dal ¼ kofin ko 45gms Rajma (Chitra) 4-5 kofuna na Ruwa
- 100gms/ ½ kofin Man shanu
- 12 gms/ 1tbsp Tafarnuwa manna
- ½ tsp tafarnuwa yankakken
- 12gms/ 1½ tsp Kasmir chilli foda
- don dandana Gishiri. Fresh tumatir puree - 350 gms/ 1 ½ kofin
- 1 tsp Man fetur
- ½ tsp yankakken tafarnuwa
- Man shanu (na zaɓi) - 2 tbsp.
- Busasshen ganyen methi - tsunkule mai karimci 175 ml/ ¾ kofin Cream
