Shirya Dankali Ciko: -Dafa abinci 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) yankakken 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) yankakken 1 tbs -Aloo (dankali) tafasa 600g -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli foda) ½ tsp ko dandana -Zeera (Cumin foda) gasashe & crushed ½ tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander tsaba) gasashe & crushed ½ tbs -Haldi foda (Turmeric foda) ¼ tsp -Baisan (Gram flour) gasasshe 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken hannu
Shida Paratha Kullu: -Ghee (Clarified man shanu) 3 tbs -Maida (Garin Dukiya) 500g - Chakki atta (Garin Cikakkun gari) 1 kofin -Sugar foda 2 tsp -Baking soda ½ tsp -Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp -Doodh (Madara) dumi 1 & ½ kofin -Mai dafa 1 tsp -Mai dafa abinci
Hanyoyi:
Shirya Ciko Dankali: -A cikin wok,a saka man girki,tafarnuwa & soya har sai zinariya. -A kara koren chili a hade sosai. -Kashe harshen wuta, ƙara dankali da murɗa da kyau tare da taimakon masher. -Ki kunna wuta ki zuba tandoori masala,chaat masala,pink gishiri,jajjal jajjabi,cumin nutmeg,kwayan citta,kuwa,fulawar gram,fresh coriander,sai ki gauraya sosai ki dahu a kasa 3-4 minutes. -A bar shi ya huce.

Umarori don Shiryewa: -Preheat griddle a saka mai/butter. -Kada a daskarar da paratha mai daskararre, kai tsaye a kan gasa. -Soya daga bangarorin biyu har sai zinariya & crispy.
