Daba style kwai curry

Abubuwa:
- Soyayyen qwai:
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Boiled qwai 8 no.
- Kashmiri jan chilli foda a tsunkule
- Haldi foda a tsunkule
- Gishiri a ɗanɗana
Na curry:
- Ghee 2 tsp + mai 1 tsp.
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Dalchini inch 1
- Green cardamom 2-3 kwas ɗin
- Black cardamom 1 no.
- Tej patta 1 no.
- Albasa 5 matsakaicin girman / 400 gm (yankakken)
- Ginger tafarnuwa chilli ½ kofin (yankakken yankakken)
- Furan Turmeric ½ tsp
- Furan chilli mai yaji 2 tsp
- Kashmiri jan chilli foda 1 tsp
- Furkar coriander 2 tbsp
- Furan Jeera 1 tsp
- Tumatir 4 matsakaicin girman (yankakken)
- Gishiri don dandana
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 inch (julienned)
- Green chillies 2-3 nos. (tsage)
- Sabon coriander ɗan hannu kaɗan
Hanyar:
Ki dora kwanon rufi akan wuta mai matsakaicin wuta, sai a zuba ghee, dafaffen kwai, jajayen jajjabi, haldi & gishiri, sai a soya kwai na tsawon mintuna biyu.’ A ajiye kwanon da aka soya a gefe domin a yi amfani da shi daga baya.
Don curry sai azuba wok akan wuta mai matsakaicin wuta, sai azuba ghee da kayan kamshi duka, sai azuba yankakken albasa, sai azuba sannan a dahu har sai albasar tayi launin ruwan zinari.
A zuba tafarnuwar ginger da aka dakakkiyar dakakkiyar, a motsa a dafa na tsawon mintuna 3-4 akan matsakaiciyar wuta.
Sannan a sauke wutan sai azuba kayan kamshin da ake so, sai a gauraya sosai sannan a zuba ruwan zafi dan gudun kada kamshin ya kone.
Ƙara wuta zuwa matsakaicin zafi, motsawa & dafa har sai an saki ghee.
Yanzu sai ki zuba tumatir da gishiri ki jujjuya ki dahu sosai na tsawon mintuna 8-10 ko kuma sai tumatir ya gauraya sosai da masala.
A zuba ruwan zafi, a motsa a dafa a kan matsakaiciyar wuta na tsawon mintuna 2-3.
Yanzu, sai a zuba ƙwan da aka soyayye mara ƙanƙara, a motsa kuma a dafa akan wuta mai zafi na tsawon mintuna 5-6.
Yanzu sai a zuba ginger, koren chili, kasuri methi, garam masala, da yankakken ganyen coriander, sai a kwaba sosai.
