Daal Masoor Recipe

Kayayyakin Daal Masoor Recipe:
- 1 kofin masoor daal (ja lentil)
- Ruwan kofi 3
- 1 tsp gishiri
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 matsakaici albasa (yankakken)
- 1 matsakaici tumatir (yankakken)
- 4-5 kore barkono (yankakken)
- 1/2 kofin sabo ne coriander (yankakken)
Don fushi daal masoor:
- 2 tbsp ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) / mai
- 1 tsp tsaba cumin
- tsinken asafetida
Recipe: A wanke daal kuma a jiƙa na tsawon mintuna 20-30. A cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi, ƙara ruwa, daal da aka zubar, gishiri, turmeric, albasa, tumatir, da barkono mai launin kore. Mix kuma dafa yayin da aka rufe don minti 20-25. Don zafin jiki, zafi mai zafi, ƙara tsaba cumin da asafetida. Bayan an dahu daal, sai a ƙara zafi tare da sabon coriander a saman. Ku bauta wa da zafi da shinkafa ko nanan.
