- Ruwan dumi ½ kofin
- Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Kwai 1
- Maida (Dukkan Burin Burin) Kofuna 3
- Ruwan dumi ¼ Kofin ko kuma yadda ake buƙata
- Man girki 1 tsp
- Yankakken barkono barkono
- Yankakken coriander sabo
- Man shanu ya narke
Hanyoyin:
> Ki shirya cikon tikka mai tsami ta hanyar soya albasa, sai a zuba kazar, tafarnuwar ginger, tikka masala, da yogurt, sannan a daka shi da hadin madara da kirim. Bayan haka sai a shirya kullu ta hanyar zuba yeast a cikin ruwan dumi, sannan a hada shi da gishiri, man dafa abinci, kwai, da gari, kafin a raba shi gida shida.
