Creamy naman sa Tikka

Hanyoyi:
- Naman sa maras kashi 750g
- Gishirin Himalayan ruwan hoda 1 tsp ko dandana
- Adrak lehsan manna (Ginger tafarnuwa manna) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kacha papita (Raw gwanda) manna 1 & ½ tbs
- Olper's Cream 1 Cup (200ml) dakin zafin jiki
- >Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ kofin
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) dakakken 1 tbs
- Sabut dhania (Coriander tsaba) crushed 1 & ½ tbs > garin zeera (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ ts
- Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ½ tsp ko a dandana
- Kasuri methi (Busashen ganyen fenugreek) 1 & ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Albasa) cubes kamar yadda ake bukata. Yadda ake dafa man fetur 2-3 tbsp. A cikin kwano, sai a zuba naman sa, gishiri ruwan hoda, man tafarnuwa, dayar gwanda, a gauraya sosai, a rufe da fim din cin abinci, a daure a cikin firij na tsawon awa 4. coriander tsaba,cumin powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala,garam masala powder,pink gishiri, busasshen ganyen fenugreek da gauraya sosai,a rufe & marinate for 2 hours.
- A cikin skewers katako, skew albasa cubes, marinated naman sa boti alternately & ajiye sauran marinade don amfani daga baya.
- Akan kaskon simintin ƙarfe, ƙara man dafa abinci & dafa skewers akan ƙaramin wuta na mintuna 2-3, rufe & dafa akan ƙaramin wuta na mintuna 4-5 A shafa mai a tsakani da dafa skewers daga kowane gefe har sai launin ruwan zinari (mai yin 13-14). marinade, Mix da kyau kuma a dafa a kan ɗan ƙaramin wuta na tsawon minti 2-3.
