Cake goro ba tare da kwai ba (wanda aka fi sani da Gurasar Ayaba) .

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (Dalchini) foda
  • 3/4 kofin Sugar (watau rabin ruwan kasa da rabin sukari ko 3/4 kofin farin sukari kawai za a iya amfani da shi)
  • > Dankakken Gishiri
  • 3/4 Kofin Garin Gari
  • 3/4 kofin Garin Alkama
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Yankakken GyadaHanyar :

    A samu kwano mai gauraya, a samu ayaba cikakke guda 2. Dafa su da cokali mai yatsa. Add 1/2 kofin Man. Ƙara 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence. Add 1 tsp kirfa (Dalchini) foda. Ƙara 3/4 kofin Sugar. Ƙara gishiri kaɗan. Mix shi da kyau tare da taimakon cokali. Sannan a kara 3/4 kofin Filallu, Garin Alkama 3/4, Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda da yankakken Gyada. Mix kome da kyau tare da taimakon cokali. Daidaiton batter ya kamata ya zama m & kauri. Bugu da ƙari, don yin burodi, ɗauki gurasar burodi da aka shafa da man shafawa da layi da takarda. Zuba batter da sama tare da yankakken goro. Ajiye wannan burodin a cikin tanda da aka rigaya. Gasa na minti 40 a digiri 180. (Don yin gasa a kan kuka, kafin a yi zafi mai zafi tare da tsayawa a ciki, sanya gurasar cake a ciki, rufe murfin da zane da gasa na 50-55 min). Bari ya huce sannan a yanka shi.
