- 1/2 kofin madarar almond maras daɗi

- 1/4 kofin yogurt na Girka. p>

- 1 teaspoon tsaba chia

- 1 cokali na maple syrup (ko 3-4 saukad da ruwa stevia)

- 1/8 teaspoon kirfa

> Hanyar:

Haɗa hatsi, madarar almond, yogurt, da tsaban chia a cikin kwalba mai iya rufewa (ko kwano) a motsawa har sai an haɗa su sosai. 3 hours. Sama da abubuwan da kuka fi so kuma ku ji daɗi!
