Indidiedients:

- 375ml madarar kwakwa, cikakken mai
- Kofuna 2¾ (220g) hatsi mai sauri
Hanyoyi:
1. Man shafawa wani kasko mai zagaye na 7-inch (18cm) tare da man shanu/man, layi ƙasa da takarda takarda. Man shafawa da fatun shima. A ajiye gefe.
2. Yanke cakulan da yadin da aka saka a cikin kwano mai hana zafi.
3. A cikin karamin tukunya, kawo madarar kwakwa zuwa tafasa, sannan a zuba a kan cakulan. Sai a zauna na tsawon mintuna 2, sannan a motsa har sai ya narke da santsi.
4. Ƙara hatsi mai sauri da motsawa har sai an hade.
