- 1 lb buntàta bruite (dearg Craiceann)
- 4 oz Oinniún beag air a ghearradh gu breagha
- 5 tbspn Coriander air a ghearradh gu breagha
- 2 tbspn ola
- 2 tbspn sùgh liomain li>
- ¼ tspn sìol cumin slàn
- 1 ½ tspn Salt
- ½ tspn Pùdar Chili Dearg
- 1 tspn Garam Masala
- ¼ tspn Turmeric
- 2 tspn Ginger-Garlic-Chili Paste
- ½ tspn Siùcair (no airson blas)
- Airson an taois: ¼ Cupa Plain Plain, 4 Tbspn Water, 60 - 80 Samosa Pastry (oir cleachdaidh sinn pasgan dùbailte)
