- An-diugh (uighean) air a ghoil 6-8
- Paisg mustard 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ½ cupa air a ghearradh
- Pyaz (Oinniún ) ½ cupa
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) air a ghearradh 3-4
- Hara dhania (coriander ùr) air a ghearradh ½ cupa
- Pùdar Lehsan (pùdar garlic) 2 tsp
- Pùdar mirch Lal (Pùdar chilli dearg) 1 tsp no airson blas Pùdar Haldi (pùdar Turmeric) ¼ tsp
- Salann pinc Himalayan 1 tsp no airson blasad
- Pùdar Zeera (Pùdar Cumin) ½ tsp
- Maida (flùr làn-adhbhar) 1 cupa
- An-diugh (uighean) air a chuartachadh 1-2 li>
- Breadcrumbs 1 cupa
- Ola còcaireachd airson friogais
-Ann am bobhla, cuir uighean garl le cuideachadh bho grater.
-Cuir paste mustaird, capsicum, oinniún, chilis uaine, coriander ùr, pùdar garlic, pùdar chili dearg, pùdar turmeric, salann pinc, pùdar cumin & measgachadh gu math.
-Greas do làmhan le ola, gabh meud beag measgachadh (50g) & dèan patties den aon mheud.
- Còta le flùr làn-adhbhar agus an uairsin tumadh a-steach do uighean uisge-beatha & còta le crùbanan arain.
-Ann am pana-fhrithealaidh, teas an ola còcaireachd & friogais eu-domhainn air lasair meadhanach bho gach taobh gus buidhe & crispy (a’ dèanamh 10) & frithealadh!
