- 2 uinneanan meadhanach, gearraichte
- 3 clòbh de garlic, mionc li>1 tomato meadhanach, gearraichte
- 1 teaspoon sìol cumin 1 teaspoon coriander pùdar
- 1 teaspoon pùdar garam masala 1/ 2 spàin-tì de phùdar turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon pùdar chili dearg
- Salann, airson blasad
- 2 spàin-tì de ola glasraich

Stiùireadh
- Soak peasairean thar oidhche agus goil gus am bi iad tairgse.
- Teas an ola ann an a pan agus sauté uinneanan, garlic, sìol cumin, BeyLeaf.
- Cuir tomataichean, pùdar coriander, pùdar garam masala, pùdar turmeric, agus pùdar chili dearg. Cook gus am bi am measgachadh a’ tiormachadh.
- Cuir cearcan-fraoich bruite, salann is ìm ris. Measgaich gu math.
