A’ frithealadh 5-6 reasabaidh ann am Beurla: Tàthchuid: -Ola còcaireachd ½ Cupa -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp -Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 1-2 -Badi elaichi (Cardamom dubh) 1 -Darchini (bata cinnamon) 1 -Tez patta (duilleach bàgh) 1 -Zeera (sìol Cumin) 1 tsp -Pyaz (Oinniún) air a ghearradh 2 meadhanach - Measgachadh feòil-chaorach boti 750g - Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) air a phronnadh 1 & ½ tbs - Paste Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1 tbs -Tamatar (Tomatoes) air a ghearradh 2 meadhanach - salann pinc Himalayan ½ tbs no airson blas - Zeera (sìol Cumin) ròsta & pronnadh ½ tbs - Lal mirch (Red chilli) air a phronnadh 1 tsp -Sabut dhania (sìol coriander) air a ròstadh & air a phronnadh 1 làr-bhùird - Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) pùdar 2 tsp - Pùdar Haldi (pùdar Turmeric) ½ tsp -Garam masala pùdar ½ tsp -Uisge 3 cupannan -Dahi (iogart) whisk ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) air a ghearradh 1-2 - Hara dhania (coriander ùr) air a ghearradh 1 tbs - Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Hara dhania (coriander ùr) air a ghearradh - Adrak (Ginger) julienne) : Ann an wok, cuir ola còcaireachd, piobar dubh, clòbh, cardamom uaine, cardamom dubh, maide cinnamon, duilleag bàgh, sìol cumin & measgachadh gu math. Cuir uisge ris agus measgachadh gu math, còmhdaich agus bruich air teas ìosal gus am bi feòil taitneach (40-45 mionaidean). Cuir iogart, chili uaine, measgachadh gu math agus bruich air teas meadhanach gus an dealaich an ola (2-3 mionaidean). Cuir chillies uaine, coriander ùr, ginger & measgachadh gu math. Dèan sgeadachadh air coriander ùr, ginger & frithealadh le naan! Pani dal ker ache tarhan measgachadh karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 mionaidean). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ola alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 mionaidean). Hari mirchein, hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serve karein!
