Dal Makhani Recipe

- 160 g/1 beker Urad Dal
- ¼ beker of 45 g Rajma (Chitra)
- 4-5 beker wetter
- 100 g/½ beker bûter
- 12 g/1 tbsp knoflookpasta
- ½ tbsp knoflook gehakt
- 12gms/ 1½ tbsp Kashmiri chili poeder
- nei smaak Sâlt li>
- Farske tomatenpuree - 350 g/1 ½ kop
- 1 tbsp oalje
- ½ tbsp knoflook chopped
- Bûter (opsjoneel) - 2 tbsp
- Droogde methi-blêden - in royaal stikje
- 175 ml/¾ beker Cream
