- Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing: 3/4 cup tahini, 1/2 cup water, juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder
