Steam Arbi with Eggs

Ingredients:
- Arbi (sepakizhangu) 200 gms
- Eggs 2
- Sesame oil 2-3 tbsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Few curry leaves
- Shallots 1/4 cup
- Garlic 10-15
- Onion 2 medium size, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Kayus Kitchen Sambar Powder 3 tbsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Tamarind extract 3 cups (Big lemon size tamarind)
- Jaggery 1-2 Tsp
