In a khadai add water 2 cup water and boil it. Now add 1tsp salt , 2 tsp oil and 1 cup sooji keep stirring continuously on high flame until thick and lump free.cover and let it rest for 5-10 min. In a bowl add boiled potatoes mash it then add 1tsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/2tsp black pepper powder,salt to taste,2tbspgram flour, finely chopped onion, capsicum, carrot ,green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well and your stuffing is ready Now, knead sooji and stuff this mix into them make balls and fry them on medium flame. Serve hot with your favourite dip
