Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken breasts (3-5 breasts, depending on their size)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions:
Place the chicken in the slow cooker in a single layer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour chicken broth over the seasoned chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours, shred the chicken when done.
Notes:
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. This chicken is a great starter for chicken salad, tacos, sandwiches, burritos, and quesadillas.
