Sizzling Gulab Jamun with Rabri made with Olper’s Dairy Cream

Ingredients:
- -Olper’s Milk 3 Cups
- -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
- -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
- -Vanilla essence 1 tsp (optional)
- -Cornflour 2 tbs or as required
- -Sugar 4 tbs
- -Gulab jamun as required
- -Pista (Pistachios) sliced
- -Badam (Almonds) sliced
- -Rose petal
Directions:
Prepare Rabri:
- -In a jug,add milk,cream,cardamom powder,vanilla essence,cornflour,mix well & set aside.
- -In a wok,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown.
- -Add milk & cream mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (6-8 minutes),mix continuously & set aside.
Assembling:
-On heated small cast iron pan,place gulab jamun,pour hot prepared rabri,sprinkle pistachios, almonds,garnish with rose petal & serve!
