Sizzling Gulab Jamun with Rabri made with Olper’s Dairy Cream

Ingredients:

  • -Olper’s Milk 3 Cups
  • -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
  • -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
  • -Vanilla essence 1 tsp (optional)
  • -Cornflour 2 tbs or as required
  • -Sugar 4 tbs
  • -Gulab jamun as required
  • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced
  • -Badam (Almonds) sliced
  • -Rose petal

Directions:

Prepare Rabri:

  • -In a jug,add milk,cream,cardamom powder,vanilla essence,cornflour,mix well & set aside.
  • -In a wok,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown.
  • -Add milk & cream mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (6-8 minutes),mix continuously & set aside.
  • Assembling:

    -On heated small cast iron pan,place gulab jamun,pour hot prepared rabri,sprinkle pistachios, almonds,garnish with rose petal & serve!
