Samosa Roll with Creamy Chicken Filling

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Corn kernels ½ Cup
  • Pickled jalapeno chopped 3 tbs
  • Chicken 350g
  • Red chilli 1 & ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh parsley 1 tbs
  • Mustard paste 2 tbs
  • Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
  • All-purpose flour 1 & ½ tbs
  • Water 2 tbs
  • Samosa sheet 26-28 or as required

Directions:

  1. Prepare chicken filling by sautéing corn kernels and pickled jalapenos, adding chicken, spices, parsley, cooking and letting it cool.
  2. Transfer chicken & mustard paste mix in a piping bag. Separately, prepare flour paste, wrap samosa sheets and air fry.
  3. Remove from air fryer, add prepared chicken filling to samosa rolls & serve (makes 26-28).
