Samosa Roll with Creamy Chicken Filling

Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Corn kernels ½ Cup
- Pickled jalapeno chopped 3 tbs
- Chicken 350g
- Red chilli 1 & ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Fresh parsley 1 tbs
- Mustard paste 2 tbs
- Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
- All-purpose flour 1 & ½ tbs
- Water 2 tbs
- Samosa sheet 26-28 or as required
Directions:
- Prepare chicken filling by sautéing corn kernels and pickled jalapenos, adding chicken, spices, parsley, cooking and letting it cool.
- Transfer chicken & mustard paste mix in a piping bag. Separately, prepare flour paste, wrap samosa sheets and air fry.
- Remove from air fryer, add prepared chicken filling to samosa rolls & serve (makes 26-28).
