Sabudana Vada Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Sabudana
  • 2 medium-sized boiled and mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Rock salt (as per taste)

Method

1. Rinse and soak the Sabudana.

2. Mix mashed potatoes, soaked Sabudana, crushed peanut, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.

3. Make small balls from the mixture and flatten them.

4. Deep fry these vadas until they turn golden and crispy.
