Quick and Easy Chinese Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g ground pork
  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 handful green onions and coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic, black pepper, coriander roots
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan on high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, black pepper, and coriander roots. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground pork and sauté until it is no longer pink.
  4. Season the ground pork with soy sauce and continue sautéing.
  5. Put a pot of water on the stove to boil.
  6. Add the cooked ground pork into the boiling water.
  7. Add the vegetable seasoning powder and salt.
  8. Once the water is boiling, add the Chinese cabbage and let the soup boil for 7 minutes.
  9. After 7 minutes, add the chopped green onions and coriander.
  10. Stir everything together thoroughly. Enjoy your delicious soup!
