Pyaaz Laaccha Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Knead into a soft dough using water.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a paratha.
4. Cook each paratha on a heated skillet until brown spots appear.
5. Repeat the process for all the portions.
6. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
