Potala Curry

Ingredients:
Pointed gourd, potato, green chilly, onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, oil, water, chopped coriander leaves
Directions:
1. Wipe and slit each pointed gourd lengthwise without cutting through. Slice potatoes and chop onions.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and fry till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, stir well.
3. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chilly, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 mins.
4. Add water and bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and cook the vegetables.
5. Once the veggies are cooked add coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
