Easy and Healthy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup (240g) Plain yogurt at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (170g) Honey
  • 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla
  • 2 cups (175g) Oat flour
  • 1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp (8g) Baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup (80g) Chocolate chips (optional)

For the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch cake pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips, if using. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the Chocolate Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together honey and cocoa powder until smooth.

Serve the cake with chocolate sauce. Enjoy this delicious and healthy chocolate cake!
