Pesara Kattu

Ingredients:
- Split Green Gram
- Ghee
- Water
- Salt
Steps:
Step 1: Wash and soak the green gram for 4-5 hours. Drain the water thoroughly.
Step 2: Add the soaked green gram in a blender and grind it into a smooth paste by adding water gradually.
Step 3: Add salt and continue to blend the paste.
Step 4: Transfer the paste into a bowl and check for the consistency. It should be smooth and pourable with medium thickness.
Step 5: Heat a pan and pour the ground green gram paste. Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 6: Once the paste thickens, add ghee and continue to keep stirring for around 10-15 minutes. Ensure the paste is cooked well and reaches a dough-like consistency.
Step 7: Allow it to cool and serve the Pesara Kattu with desired garnishing.
