- Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp

- Red Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum sauce / Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1/4th tsp
- Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
- Freshly ground pepper - 1/4th tsp
- Garlic fried rice
- Steam rice - 1 cup
- Garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
- Capsicum - 1/4th cup (chopped)
- Pepper - to taste
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
