  • Paneer - 200gms
  • Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 (diced)
  • Capsicum - 1 (diced)
  • Green Chilies - 2 (slit)
  • Ginger - 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 1/2 cups
  • Spring Onions - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum sauce / Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1/4th tsp
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
  • Freshly ground pepper - 1/4th tsp

  • Steam rice - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1/4th cup (chopped)
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour - 1/2 tsp
  • Spring onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Salt - to taste

Paneer Manchurian is onion, capsicum, and paneer in a soya sauce-based gravy. It makes a tasty and flavorful starter for any Indo-Chinese meal.
