Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
2. In a small skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
3. As the eggs set, lift the edges, letting the uncooked portion flow underneath. When the eggs are completely set, fold the omelet in half.
4. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
