Nankhatai Recipe Without Oven

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup semolina (rava)
- ½ cup ghee
- Pinch of baking soda

Add the cooled flour, baking soda, cardamom powder, and mix well to form a dough. Preheat a non-stick pan. Grease with ghee. Take a small portion of dough and shape it into a ball.
