Mutton Namkeen Gosht Karahi

Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
- Mutton mix boti 1 kg (with 10% fat)
- Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Water 2-3 Cups
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
Directions:
- In a cast iron pan, add cooking oil & heat it.
- Add mutton, mix well & cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, pink salt, mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add water, mix well & bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (35-40 minutes).
- Add coriander seeds, black pepper powder, green chilli, yogurt, mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
- Add lemon juice, ginger, fresh coriander, green chilli & mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger, green chill & serve with naan!
