Mutton Curry Bihari Style

Ingredients:
- Mutton
- Onions, finely chopped
- Tomatoes, finely chopped
- Yogurt
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander Powder
- Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Stir till they sizzle.
2. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw aroma disappears.
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook on low heat for a minute.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
6. Add mutton pieces, yogurt, and salt. Cook on medium flame until it leaves oil.
7. Add water if needed and let it cook till the mutton is tender.
8. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
