Ingredients:
- Peas (Matar) - 1 Cup
- Cauliflower - 1 Cup
- Carrots - 1 Cup
- Onion (Small) - 1
- Green Onion - 2
- Tomato (Medium) - 1
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
- Yogurt - 1 Tbsp
- Mixed Spices - 1 Tsp
- Salt - ¼ Tsp
- Chicken Powder - ½ Tsp
- Ghee/Oil - 3 Tbsp
Instructions:
To start this delicious mixed vegetables stir fry, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Start with the peas, cauliflower, carrots, onion, green onion, tomato, and green chillies. Add in the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, mixed spices, salt, and chicken powder. Mix everything well to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated with the spices.
