Mix Vegetable Sabzi

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup baby corn, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
Method:
1. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the mixed vegetables, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala to the vegetables. Stir well.
4. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
5.Serve hot and enjoy!
