Coffee Mousse Cups

Ingredients:
- Instant coffee 3 tbs
- Sugar 1/3 Cup
- Water 3 tbs
- Whipping cream ½ Cup
- Condensed milk 4-5 tbs or to taste
- Coffee beans
Directions:
- In a bowl,add instant coffee,sugar,water & mix well then beat the mixture until it changes color & becomes frothy (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
- In a bowl,add whipping cream,condensed milk & beat until stiff peaks form.
- Now add coffee mixture,fold gently until combined & transfer to a piping bag.
- In serving cups,add pipe out prepared coffee & cream mixture.
- Sprinkle instant coffee,garnish with coffee beans,mint leaves & serve chilled (makes 10-12 cups).
