Coffee Mousse Cups

Ingredients:

  • Instant coffee 3 tbs
  • Sugar 1/3 Cup
  • Water 3 tbs
  • Whipping cream ½ Cup
  • Condensed milk 4-5 tbs or to taste
  • Coffee beans

Directions:

  1. In a bowl,add instant coffee,sugar,water & mix well then beat the mixture until it changes color & becomes frothy (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
  2. In a bowl,add whipping cream,condensed milk & beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Now add coffee mixture,fold gently until combined & transfer to a piping bag.
  4. In serving cups,add pipe out prepared coffee & cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle instant coffee,garnish with coffee beans,mint leaves & serve chilled (makes 10-12 cups).
