Aloo (potato) boiled & mashed - 1cup
Dhaniya (Coriander) chopped - 1tbsp
Adrak (ginger) chopped - ½ tbsp
Hari Mirch (green chilli) chopped - 1 no
Cornflour/Cornstarch - 1½ tbsp
Namak (salt) - to taste
Kaju (cashew nuts) chopped - 2tbsp
Tel (oil) - for frying
