Ingredients

  • Prepare Hoy Mayo Sauce
    Mayonnaise ½ Cup
    Hot sauce 3-4 tbs
    Mustard paste 2 tbs
    Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
    Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
    Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
    Pickle water 2 tbs
    Pickled cucumber 2 tbs
    Fresh parsley 1 tbs
  • Prepare Caramelized Onion
    Cooking oil 1 tbs
    Pyaz (White onion) sliced 1 large
    Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ tbs
  • Prepare Hot Chicken Filling
    Cooking oil 2 tbs
    Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
    Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
    Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
    Paprika powder ½ tsp
    Dried oregano ½ tsp
    Hot sauce 2 tbs
    Water 2 tbs
    Frozen fries as required
    Cooking oil 1 tsp
    Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
    Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
    Fresh parsley chopped

Directions

Prepare Hoy Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl,add mayonnaise,hot sauce,mustard paste,tomato ketchup,pink salt,red chilli powder, pickle water,pickled cucumber,fresh parsley,whisk well & set aside.

Prepare Caramelized Onion:
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,white onion & sauté until translucent.
Add caster sugar,mix well & cook until brown & set aside.

Prepare Chicken Filling:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
Add red chilli crushed,pink salt,garlic powder,paprika powder,dried oregano,hot sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.

Prepare French Fries in Air Fryer:
In an air fryer basket,add frozen fries,spray cooking oil & air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

Assembling:
On a serving dish,add potato fries,prepared hot chicken filling,caramelized onion,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese & air fry at 180°C until cheese melts (3-4 minutes).
On melted cheese,add prepared hot chicken filling & prepared hot mayo sauce.
Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!
