Lemon & Coriander Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 medium chicken breast pieces
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Keep a pressure cooker on medium flame
- Add salted butter
- Once it begins to melt, add fennel seeds
- Add chicken breast pieces
- Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
- Put chopped coriander leaves
- Cook this together for about 5 minutes
- Close the lid of cooker & cook this for 2-3 whistles
- Take out chicken in a plate and garnish with coriander
