Lemon & Coriander Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 medium chicken breast pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Keep a pressure cooker on medium flame
  2. Add salted butter
  3. Once it begins to melt, add fennel seeds
  4. Add chicken breast pieces
  5. Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
  6. Put chopped coriander leaves
  7. Cook this together for about 5 minutes
  8. Close the lid of cooker & cook this for 2-3 whistles
  9. Take out chicken in a plate and garnish with coriander
