Lachha Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
How to Make Lachha Paratha:
- Add salt to taste, two tablespoon oil to the whole wheat flour. Mix well. Gradually add small quantities of water while kneading the dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Make small balls with the dough and roll each one into a small paratha. Apply ghee on each sheet and sprinkle dry flour. Place one after the other and then roll to make it sharp. Now fold the sheets then roll it. Your Lachha Paratha is ready to cook.
