Karuppu Kavuni Arisi Kanji
  • Ingredients:
    • Black rice
    • Coconut milk
    • Jaggery
  • Soak black rice for 15 minutes. Drain and pressure cook the rice with 4 cups of water until creamy. Remove from heat. Heat jaggery and coconut milk in a pan until dissolved. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Serve hot or cold as preferred.
