Just Add Milk With Shrimp

Ingredients:
- Shrimp - 400 Gm
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
- Cumin Paste - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - to taste
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Pinch of Sugar
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste
Instructions:
- Start by heating oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cumin paste and mix well, allowing it to cook for about a minute.
- Introduce the shrimp to the pan and season with salt, red chilli powder, and a pinch of sugar. Stir until the shrimp turns pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer, letting it cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder over the dish, give it a final stir, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, pairing it with rice or bread for a delightful meal.
