Juicy Chicken and Egg Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
- 220g Chicken breast
- 2 Tsp Vegetable Oil (I used Olive Oil)
- 2 Eggs
- 30g Sour Cream
- 50g Mozzarella Cheese
- Parsley
- 1 Tsp Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Start by heating the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and season it with salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until it is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
2. While the chicken is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the egg mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid. Allow the eggs to cook gently for about 5 minutes, or until they are just set.
4. Remove the lid and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for garnish. Serve the chicken and egg dish hot, and enjoy this rich, hearty meal that’s perfect for any time of the day!
